When your new SEBO arrives, take it out for a spin! Test drive it over your carpets, rugs, and hard-surface floors. Try the tools, too! If something about the experience isn’t geared to your home, simply contact SEBO customer service within 30 days of purchase. Use the same number or e-mail that you used to get your certificate. Request a Return Material Authorization (RMA). You will then have 14 days to return the vacuum, and the materials that came with it, in the original packaging to Vacuum-Direct. The return shipping is at no cost to you.
Free return shipping to Vacuum-Direct is intended for customers who purchased via the internet. In-store purchases are not eligible for free return shipping, and returns should be made by the customer directly to the store.
