ORDER TRACKING

Order tracking is easy. Log into "My Account" from along the top menu bar and browse your order history.

WE ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT METHODS:

  • On-line Shopping Cart

     

    • Browse though the site, look for the blue tables, and click the "Add" button for the items you want.
    • Use the "View Cart" button to review your order, adjust quantities, or delete items.
    • Order on-line using the secure server, or print the order form to mail or fax to us, or to use as reference for telephone orders.
    • If paying by check, complete and print the on-line order form, then mail your order and check.
    • For offline ordering with credit card, complete and on-line the online form, then mail or fax your order and credit card information.

SHIPPING

Shipping Charges

We provide free shipping on all vacuums found on our site unless otherwise stated.  Free Same Day Shipping; All items subject to free shipping will be shipped the same day your order is placed, Monday through Friday except holidays (backorder units may be delayed). Your order must be placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Time. The free same day shipping service is forwarded by UPS ground for Dyson vacuums and varies from Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and ground service for Miele vacuums (see Miele vacuum category page for service offered on each unit). Every order is fully insured for the full purchase price in case of loss or damage, we will replace your unit free of charge. If alternate shipping methods are required beyond the standard shipping option for your unit, they will be offered during check-out. The following options are available: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air or Free Ground Service. 

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on the product(s) ordered and shipping options chosen.  USPS orders can take up to 8 business days for delivery.  The local post office completes the final delivery of these products.  The shipping service chosen for your order will be determined by the shipping department.  Regardless if your order qualifies for free shipping or you incur the standard $7.85 shipping charge, your order may be shipped using UPS Ground or USPS.  The only items we guarantee UPS Ground or expedited shipping on are Vacuums, Heaters, Air Purifiers, Sewing Machines, Coffee Machines, and Ironing Machines.

Shipping Schedule

Our goal is to ensure your order is shipped within 12 to 24 hours of order, or sooner. To ensure your item ships the same day it is ordered (Monday thru Friday), please submit your order no later than 1:00 PM EST. Any orders received after 1:00 Pm EST will ship the following work day, Monday through Friday, except legal holidays.

Any orders received Saturday, Sunday or legal holidays are processed and ship the next business day.

PAYMENT

Orders paid by credit card ship immediately (by phone, fax or on-line shopping cart). Orders paid by check or money order are shipped upon cleared payment. Sorry, but we can't accept C.O.D. orders.

MICHIGAN RESIDENTS OR ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN MICHIGAN

We are required to collect 6.0% sales tax on orders placed or delivered within the state of Michigan. No other orders will be charged sales tax.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

All Products come with a full manufacturer's warranty, no different than those items purchased from a retail store chain. Unless stated, no other warranties are expressed or implied. For warranty service, you must contact the manufacturer's authorized warranty service station closest to you. This information is available either with the material shipped with the product, or from the manufacturer directly.

RETURNS

ATTENTION: Before you return your package, You MUST Call 1-866-927-4327 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and proper instructions for returning your product. Once you have received your RMA Number, You MUST put the RMA Number on the outside of the package and on the packing slip. Any package returned without the RMA number will not be eligible for a refund or may be refused from delivery.

Food items are non-returnable. All sales on these perishable items are final. Certain parts are also non-returnable, including Dyson replacement motors and printed circuit boards. These products have been fully factory tested. Due to the sensitive nature of improperly installed electric components, these items cannot be returned for a refund and are not covered by our standard return policy - all sales are final.  Any open liquids are also non-returnable and non-refundable. All other products may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. We follow the same guidelines as any major department store chain, i.e.; The item must be in sale-able condition with all of the original packing materials and instruction manuals. All returned products are subject to a restocking fee; 10% restocking fee for returns within 7 days of receipt / 15% restocking fee beyond 7 days of receipt (customer is responsible for return shipping charges). We do not accept product returns beyond 30 days of the date of original purchase. You may use the shipping service of your choice to return the items, but we do recommend for you to insure your package as we will not be able to refund merchandise that is returned damaged or lost in transit.

Refused shipments / orders will be billed a 15% restocking fee and all related shipment costs. Please call 1-866-927-4327 for an Return Authorization Number and instructions. Please Note: Do not accept your shipment if the package shows signs of damage.

All product returns must include the original box, packaging, and manuals.
