Rainbow

The Rainbow vacuum cleaners are designed and manufactured by Rexair LLC, based in Michigan. In 1936, the company introduced a cleaning system with a water filtration application named the Rainbow series of home cleaning systems. By 1955, the Rainbow was Rexair's flagship model. In 1959, when the company was purchased by Sanders, Rainbow was restructured to focus on direct marketing with independent distributors, a model known as "The Rainbow Opportunity."

The Rainbow E2, the latest model in the Rainbow series, the vacuum has been taken to a knew level of power and technology. The unique "Hurricane" motor cleans with 12+ amps making it among the strongest on the market with two speed settings which allow users to determine the level of suction power they prefer at any given time. The Rainbow E2 Wet/Dry Canister Vacuum features Rexair's popular air/water filtration system. First, the air and debris sucked into the vacuum passes through a separator that filters out the particles and deposits the debris into churning water in a reservoir. After passing through the water filter the air exits the canister and enters the room through a HEPA filter. The HEPA filter removes any stray particles that escaped the first filter. The exhausted air is nearly 100% clean.
